Duties and taxes

All orders to the United States are now subject to duties and taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the client.
If a package is returned to us because duties were not paid, the refund will exclude shipping and return shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Free shipping on orders of $200 or more
(available to residents of Canada and the United States only)

Processing and delivery times

Canadian orders
Allow up to 5 business days for processing during the holiday season.
Delivery times will be specified at checkout.

International orders
Also allow up to 5 business days for processing during the holiday season.
The time displayed at the time of payment corresponds only to the transport time estimated by the carrier.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on carriers and peak periods.
Les Collectionneurs Barbus cannot be held responsible for delays related to transport, and no refunds will be given for these delays.

Regular processing time: 1 to 3 business days
(up to 5 days during holiday or launch/sale periods)

Stolen or lost packages

For peace of mind, we offer ProtectMyOrder protection at checkout.

If activated, your package is covered in case of theft or loss.


  • Untracked packages are not covered , and protection fees will be refunded.

  • If you have any problems, please contact us at support@lescollectionneursbarbus.com to open a claim.

  • We offer a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock.

Tip: Make sure your address is correct and the delivery location is secure.
Les Collectionneurs Barbus is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Only one replacement can be offered per order.

Single cards

Single card orders are shipped at a flat rate of $3.95 per Regular Letter (envelope) – no tracking or insurance.

Please note that untracked shipments are not covered by our protection and Les Collectionneurs Barbus is not responsible for any losses related to this type of shipment.
